Where we work from

Each office has its own address, its own direct line, and its own corner of the state.

Why three offices, and what it changes for you

Washington is wide, and a roof is not a job you do from a phone. Someone has to stand on it, measure it, and come back when the panels land. Working from Seattle, Bellingham and Stanwood means the crew that quotes your roof is starting the day nearer to it: a Whatcom County estimate is a local drive from Bellingham rather than a run up I-5 from Seattle, and Camano and Whidbey are a short hop from Stanwood instead of a ferry plan.

Crews who know their own corner of the state

The three offices also split the state along the lines the weather already draws. Around Puget Sound the problem is volume — a wet season from October to June, and the moss it feeds on asphalt and cedar. On the Salish Sea and the Strait the problem is chemistry: salt air attacks steel at every cut edge, scratch and fastener hole, and aluminum has no iron in it to oxidize. In the Cascade foothills it is snow load. A crew that works one of those conditions week in and week out reads a roof faster than one that sees it twice a year.

One company, one warranty, one licence

All three offices are Interlock Metal Roofing (PNW) Inc., working under Washington contractor licence #INTERMR75406 and installing the same system: four-way interlocking aluminum panels with concealed fasteners, a warranted 120 mph wind rating, UL 2218 Class 4 impact resistance, and wind uplift documented to 177.5 psf under ICC-ES ESR-1790. The Guardian lifetime limited warranty covers the original owner for as long as they own the home and transfers once — the second owner is covered to 50 years from substantial completion. Product engineering belongs to the manufacturer, Interlock Roofing Ltd.; Washington installation, service and proof belong to us.
