Washington
Washington asks four different things of a roof depending on which side of the water — or the mountains — you live on. Around Puget Sound, a wet season that runs October to June feeds the moss that shortens the life of asphalt and cedar. On the Salish Sea and the Strait, salt air corrodes steel at every cut edge and scratch. In the Cascade foothills, wet snow loads a roof in a way the lowlands never see. East of the crest and along the wildland interface, fire is the question. Interlock's four-way interlocking aluminum answers all four with one system — it cannot rust, moss has nothing to root into, wind uplift is documented to 177.5 psf, and a Class A fire-rated assembly is available. We have been installing it for Pacific Northwest homeowners since 1997 and now work from three Washington offices: Seattle, Bellingham and Stanwood. Interlock Metal Roofing (PNW) Inc. is the official and exclusive certified Interlock® installer across three states — Washington, Oregon and Idaho — licensed as Washington #INTERMR75406, Oregon CCB #130826 and Idaho General Contractor Registration #6181938. I had a fantastic experience with Interlock Metal Roofing! Their team was incredibly easy to work with and very responsive to all of my questions throughout the entire process. I want to give a special shout-out to our installers, Victor and Daniel. They were extremely professional, friendly, and did an amazing job installing our new roof. The new metal roof looks absolutely amazing! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality roofing experience.

2nd time around with Interlock, first time for house and now a few years later for my garage. Quality of product and installation are excellent and it matches the house roof perfectly. Expensive but in Washington what would you rather have a roof that last a lifetime or a 30year shingle that’s done in 10? The PNW is hard on roofs don’t keep paying!
